Here is the first recipe. It's a cookie cake and I have made it multiple times. It's delicious!

Beat butter and sugars together

Add eggs and vanilla.

Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar.

Add dry ingredients to the batter and mix until well blended.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread dough into a 15 1/2 inch round pan.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

It's super quick and it is AMAZING! I make it all the time because my family just adores this cute cookie cake. A little tip: Warm it up a bit before serving so that the chocolate will be melted and delicious. This cake will last a while and when it's towards the end of its' time, warm it before serving. Here is the second recipe that is quick and delicious! These are soft and chewy snickerdoodles. I love these because they are quick, not too fatening, but delicious at the same time. My family doesn't like crunchy cookies, so I always make soft ones for them and this is a yummy recipe. Enjoy!
